Managing a labor organization is a difficult process. Learning from the successes (and failures) of others makes the process easier. But often public safety unions are isolated from each other and don’t always share information.

In preparation for our upcoming book, How To Run A Public Safety Union, LRIS is reaching out to police and fire labor organizations. We want to know what your union’s greatest success and failures have been.
