As a result of the CDC’s new guidelines for mass gatherings, we’ve made the decision to reschedule our upcoming Health & Wellness Seminar to July 15-17, 2020. The rescheduled seminar will remain at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation as it impacts our community and upcoming events. The health and safety of our first responder attendees and the LRIS community are a priority for us.
Your Seminar Registration and Hotel Reservations
You will need to cancel your current hotel reservations. To cancel your hotel reservations, please call 615-871-0033. Or refer to your hotel confirmation email. There are instructions on how to cancel/modify your reservation within that email. Please cancel your reservation by April 12, 2020. An announcement from the hotel has been posted on our website.
If you can attend the seminar in July, you do not need to make any changes to your seminar registration. We will communicate regularly with all registered attendees with any additional information, including when hotel reservations open for the new dates. At this time, we have a room block reserved, but we don’t have locked in rates and a code. When we do, we will send out the link and code to make reservations to all registered attendees. We do know the rate will be $179/nt or less.
