STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – New York City police officers could soon clock out and light up, according to a memo issued Wednesday by the New York City Law Department, a source told the Staten Island Advance/SILive.com.
In a memo, the New York City Law Department, which oversees all city agencies, directed the NYPD to “cease all random, scheduled and pre-employment testing for marijuana,” according to a Daily News report.
