NYC Says Police Officers Can Smoke Weed; Directed To Cease Marijuana Testing

In a memo, the New York City Law Department, which oversees all city agencies, directed the NYPD to “cease all random, scheduled and pre-employment testing for marijuana,” according to a Daily News report.
