Princeton Firefighters Announce Plans To Leave The Department

In a letter sent to the Princeton City Council and city administration on Thursday, Jan. 18, members of the Princeton Fire Department announced that they plan to walk away from the fire department unless a change of leadership occurs, exactly one month after a vote of no confidence was issued from the department against Fire Chief Ron Lawrence.

The letter is the third from the fire department sent to city leadership in a series hoping to spark change for the fire department with the first letter announcing the vote of no confidence.
