State Court Again Rules In Favor Of City, Union In Geneva Police Review Board Case

GENEVA — The former members of the city’s defunct Police Review Board have nearly exhausted their legal efforts to restore the body.

On March 15, the state Supreme Court Appellate Division’s Fourth Judicial Department in Rochester denied a motion by the former PRB members to re-argue in that court that they had the right to appeal State Supreme Court Justice Craig Doran’s 2022 decision nullifying the PRB.
