Cancellation of Our Seminar Grievances, Arbitration & Past Practices

We’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming seminar Grievances, Arbitration & Past Practices scheduled for September 23-25, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We have been monitoring on a daily basis the COVID-19 situation in Clark County, where Las Vegas is located. For weeks and continuing through today, COVID-19 has been at the active or imminent outbreak threat level and is likely to remain there at the time of our seminar. We cannot in good conscience expose our seminar attendees and speakers to this risk. The Governor of Nevada last week announced that the circumstances under which indoor meetings could be held would be evaluated on a week-to-week basis. Even were the health risk not present, we could not subject our attendees to the risk of last-minute cancellations.

We are offering a full refund or credit to a future LRIS seminar to anyone who has paid for a registration. In addition, we are recording the seminar in webinar format and should have it available by the end of September. Anyone with a paid registration to the seminar who chooses to accept a seminar credit will also have free access to the webinar.

Contact Marc Fuller at and let him know which option your group would like to take.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. We hope to see you at an LRIS seminar in the very near future.
