Richard Poulson

Mr. Poulson is one of the top public safety union lawyers in the country and a senior partner with the Philadelphia law firm of Willig, Williams & Davidson. The son of a Philadelphia firefighter, Rick has spent his career advocating for police officers, firefighters, paramedics, corrections officers and other public-safety professionals throughout the United States. He earned his B.A. from La Salle University (1992) and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (1997). Rick also serves as Executive Director of Labor Relations Information System, which provides education and training services for public safety labor relations professionals across the country.

Jeremy Crimmel

Jeremy Crimmel has provided expert testimony at numerous interest arbitration hearings and has also helped many unions secure a settlement with their municipalities. He earned his PhD in Economics from Temple University. Jeremy also attended Boston College, where he received his MA in Mathematics, and La Salle University, where he received his BA in Mathematics and Economics. Jeremy also has over 20 years of experience working as an Operations Research Analyst and has been an adjunct professor of Finance and Economics at La Salle University since 2007.

Stuart Davidson

Mr. Davidson is a partner with the law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson representing public and private benefit funds,. His work for unions includes leading contract negotiations, presenting interest and grievance arbitrations and advising on external and internal union matters. Stuart serves as chief counsel to large regional and local unions along the East and Gulf coasts and in the Chicago area. He has been involved in representing a wide range of union workers, including musicians, longshoremen, university faculty, firefighters, film and television casting directors, teamsters, police officers, teachers, hotel workers, correctional officers, food and commercial workers and NFL players.

Joe Jones

Joe has been on the job in San Antonio for over 27 years and has served in numerous capacities including Fire Operations, EMS Operations, Technical Rescue, the Training Division, the FAST Divisions (Firefighting Advancement, Safety, and Training), and Chief of Staff before being elected as President of Local 624 in 2021. Joe is a Chief by rank and formally educated in Communications with an emphasis in Technical Writing. While leading the FAST Divisions and serving as Chief of Staff, Joe pioneered the “Media Production Unit” (MPU) within the SAFD, eventually combining the MPU with PIO to create the SAFD’s first Corporate Communications Office. Most recently Joe reimagined the communications, public outreach, and branding efforts of Local 624 to form a capable, potent, and effective team who put Local 624 in a position for resounding success for their members.

Scott Moseley

Mr. Moseley is the President of the Fort Lauderdale Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge #31 and the Chairman of the Police Health Trust. His law enforcement career has spanned nearly two decades. His journey in law enforcement began with the New York Police Department (NYPD) in 2005 before joining the Fort Lauderdale Police Department in 2009. Mr. Moseley’s commitment extends beyond his operational duties. He has been dedicated to advocating police collective bargaining rights and ensuring that the voices of law enforcement officers are heard and respected. His leadership was recognized in 2017 when he joined the Executive Board of the Fort Lauderdale Police Union as Treasurer and Shop Steward, roles in which he has fiercely represented his colleagues and fought for their rights.

Brett Schneider

Mr. Schneider is a partner with the firm Weiss Serota Helfman Cole + Bierman, where he is Chair of Labor & Employment Division. He represents public sector employers in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, labor impasse proceedings, unfair labor practice proceedings and labor arbitrations. He advises clients on employee drug testing (particularly with the legalization of medical marijuana in Florida), sexual harassment and employee medical issues. Brett handles employment litigation for public and private employers in matters arising under federal, state and local employment laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Florida Civil Rights Act (FCRA). Brett defends employers in wage and hour suits brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and has successfully guided clients through Department of Labor Wage & Hour Audits.
