Description
The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) isn’t about the statutory rights of clones. It’s our newest nondiscrimination law. Why should you care? - If a doctor performs an independent medical exam at the request of the employer and violates GINA, the employer can be held liable?
- What the “crime lab exception” is and why it is often interpreted incorrectly?
